Brief Analysis on Manchester United's Summer Signings

The Manchester United team before the deadline day had made significant signings. Despite failing to signe others like Dembele, Thiago and their long term target Jadon Sancho, they were still able to add three players to the first team during the transfer deadline period.
In addition to their first signing of the summer, Donny Van De Beek, Manchester United added to them Edison Cavani, Alex Telles, and Facundo Pellistri, to join the first team.

Donny Van De Beek is Manchester United's first summer signing. The 23 years old Dutch man came in from Ajax for the sum of £36million. He is one of the midfield players. He wears shirt number 34 for the team and so far he has been capped for 5 games and has scored 1 goal, which was his competitive debut goal. Van de Beek has 138 league appearances for Aja and 28 goals.

Edison Cavani is one of Manchester United's deadline period signings. The 33years old Uruguayan striker came in from Paris Saint-Germain on a free move. He is now one of the player to become lucky to put on the 'iconic' number 7 kit for Manchester United. Cavani played 200 League games for PSG and scored 138 goals for them Just like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Manchester United hopes he will become much more of a profitable signing for the team. And by United giving him the number 7 jersey might mean than United might not have to consider Jadon Sancho much even in the upcoming transfer windows.

Alex Telles signed in for the team from
FC Porto for the sum of £13.6 millions. The 27 years old Defender is a Brazilian who have played over 129 League games for his former club scoring 21 goals for the team.

Facundo Pellistri is another Uruguayan signing on the transfer deadline period for Manchester United. The 18 year old winger signed for Manchester United from Penarol for the sum of £9millions and he is Manchester United's youngest signing for the season into the first team. He was capped 30 times for his former club and scored a goal for them.

Manchester United signings for the summer transfer window all amounted to £48.6 millions. These players come in to fill the void for departures from the team like Bothwich Jackson, Chris Smalling, Alexis Sánchez, and others who left the team on a loan move.
